Questions About Home Repair and Bathroom Projects

These answers help you decide what to send us and what to expect from a scope conversation.

Where do you work?

Sasquatch Home Service is based in Spokane Valley and serves Spokane, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake, Washington.

How do I request an estimate?

Send the project location, a wide photo, close-ups of the work area, and a short description of what you want changed. We review the scope and let you know if a closer look is needed before quoting.

Can several repairs be combined?

Yes. A clear list and photos for each item help us plan a multi-item home repair visit and identify anything that needs a different trade.

Can a bathtub be changed to a walk-in shower?

That is one of our priority bathroom services. The existing room, products, access needs, and hidden conditions determine the scope. Read about tub-to-shower conversions.

Can you add grab bars?

Yes, when we can confirm a suitable location and mounting approach for the wall and selected product. A grab bar installation may be a stand-alone project or part of a bathroom update.

What if there is hidden damage?

We document what is found, explain how it affects the planned work, and discuss additional scope or specialist help before proceeding.

Do you perform specialty trade work?

Work that requires a verified electrical, plumbing, or other specialty credential is reviewed separately and handled by the appropriate qualified trade. We do not present an unverified specialty license as a Sasquatch credential.
